Fay Nugent is Head of Operations for the Draper Group at the University of Oxford. She oversees grants management, finance, human resources, and the operational delivery of the group's research programmes.
Having previously worked as a Preclinical Project Manager, Clinical Project Manager, and Clinical Programme Manager within the group, Fay brings extensive experience across the research and clinical development pathway. Her broad understanding of both scientific and operational processes helps support the successful delivery of the group's vaccine research portfolio.
